Your items become the property of the store, where they are donated to a charity of our choice. If you do not want to donate, you can pick up your items by the 90th day. Call us ahead of time and we will have the items ready for you. If items are not picked up, they get donated.
No, we do not buy items outright.
If it's your first time bringing items to us, we prefer you to have an appointment, it makes it easier on you and our staff.
If you are already a consignor, you can just "drop & run". Be sure your name is included.
Renewed & Rescued will determine the prices on items. We want your items to sell and we do our best to research various sites to get the best price for you.
All items MUST be clean- we will return them back to you if there are smells or animal hair. We like your items in a laundry basket/bin/box. Yes, you will get your basket/bin/box back. We prefer that items are not brought in garbage bags.
You can always use your money in the store at any time. But if you need a check, please note that the owner is the only one who can write a check, and is not always readily available, so advanced notice is needed. Commission balances over $25 will automatically have checks mailed at the end of every month.
Yes, we will ship items to you. Items under 1 pound are $5. Items 1-2 pounds are $7.50 and over 2-5 pounds are $10.00. Anything large needs to be picked up in store.
You can check your account on www.myresaleweb.com You will need to know your consignor number, just call the store and we will be happy to give that to you.
We do not accept any clothing. If your items come in smelly or dated or covered in animal/human hair we will either return them to you or donate them.
